[Practice Labs] Coach the Coach - Triads - Business Edition

​Let's coach each other. Coaches will be invited into the larger group ready with one prompt:

​Think of a current business challenge that you are facing (generating leads, closing new clients, figuring out a program structure, etc.), and explain the challenge and the sticking points. Then we will run a role play with one coach pretending to be your client and the other observing, while you play out the coaching scenario as the coach.

​We will then be broken out into random triads and there will be 5 minutes for tone-setting, 5 minutes for coaching, and 5 minutes for feedback per participant. The total time of the session will be 60 minutes, with 10 minutes of debriefing at the end of the call with the larger group.
