About Event

Any STEM enthusiast or technology professional interested in helping judge science fair projects and speaking with students can apply to be a judge. You will be paired with an ASEI board member or experienced judge if you have not been a judge previously. Please include your LinkedIn profile and specify if you have done something like this previously

Judge check in starts at 10:30 am. Leader ensures all lists and final sheet to be populated is in order.

Lunch & strategize with ASei team (11:30 am)

Browse projects without students (11:45 am to 1:25 pm )

Student interviews from the assigned list 1:30 to 4pm . Each judge to note down student name, grade, project number and student email address in a separate sheet. Send a photo of that sheet by end of the day 5 pm to piyush malik

Finalize top 3 awardees of each grade 9 to 12 (4:30)

ASEI STEM/ judge leader ( or Amrish) to consolidate all 12 awards on the sheet provided at check in , take a photo and submit to Amrish & Piyush
