Find the Words x Seattle write-along - bar moment

​I’m headed to Seattle later this month for a work opportunity, and wanted to extend an invitation your way. One of my favorite ways to spend time in a new city is to find cafés and bars to write in (so I can imagine what it’d feel like to live there).

​Would you like to work on something alongside me during one of my writing dates? 

​Here's how I hold write-alongs: I set up a sign at a big table for about 2 hours, you can join and leave as you wish. Work on anything you like: newsletter, web copy, a book, a presentation… whatever’s on your plate! I alternate between 20-minute focused writing windows and 10-minute pauses for greetings, catching up, commiseration, advice, etc.

​On the morning of Friday the 20th, I’ll be at a café — and on the evening of Monday the 23rd, I’ll be at a bar — both in Capitol Hill. (Still working on figuring out which ones, open to suggestions!) I’m inviting members of my networks: coaches from Coaching Corner, professionals in climate / clean tech, writers + publishers, etc.
