EXHALE: Restorative Breathwork with Will Twigden
EXHALE: Restorative Breathwork
with Will Twigden
Slow down and come home to the body with a Restorative Breathwork session at The Mandrake.
Designed to regulate the nervous system, develop resilience, and reset for what's next, this is the quieter of our two monthly sessions, built around stillness rather than energy. Expect long, slow exhales and hands-on grounding touch, releasing what the week has been holding, tension in the shoulders, the jaw, the chest, the lower back.
Guided by Will Twigden, Breathwork Practitioner, and supported by at least one other highly skilled facilitator.
Come as you are. Leave rested, restored, and reconnected.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Grounding, hands-on touch and gentle bodywork to soften physical tension
Guided breathwork for a full nervous system reset
Sound and movement woven through the session
Soft mats, cushions and blankets provided
Come as you are, no previous breathwork experience necessary
Dress comfortably
ABOUT WILL
Will Twigden is a breathwork practitioner based at AGP on Harley Street, offering 1:1 and group sessions across London. Moving beyond the breath as a mere tool for stress relief, Will views it as one of the clearest pathways back to oneself and a powerful guide toward uncovering a deeper sense of purpose.
His group sessions weave together the hard physiology of breathing with a grounded spiritual practice. By helping a room feel genuinely safe together, his work allows stored tension and emotion to release naturally, creating space for what lies underneath, both individually and as a collective, to finally be heard.
