Breathonance: The Science of Breath & Music
An intimate wellness experience exploring the connection between breath, music, modern medicine, women’s health, and ancient yogic wisdom.
Created in collaboration with Sydenham Clinic, Breathonance, and Iris Wings, the event will feature a conversation with pulmonary and sleep medicine specialist Dr. Amit Anand, endometriosis specialist Dr. Iris Kerin Orbuch, Berklee College of Music’s Clint Valladares, and Sydenham Clinic Founder and CEO Aanchal Bhatia. Together, they will explore how breath, music, and medicine can support the nervous system, women’s health, and overall well-being.
Following the conversation, guests will be guided through a 30-minute Breathonance experience combining conscious breathing, sound, and music. The evening will conclude with food, refreshments, and time to mingle and connect.
