The Visibility Salon: Discussing Ethics of AI x Critical Thinking x Developing Your Informed POV in Turbulent Times
Will AI ever replace human instinct? Can a business that uses 'evil' tech platforms to market ever be ethical? And what will running a business online actually look like in 5, 10 or even 100 years?
This is a non-judgemental hybrid roundtable + workshop to explore what we think about being visible online in an era of huge technological and political turbulence — what could that look like for each of us?
The event will be split into two parts:
The Discussion (45 mins) — a candid conversation about the larger themes shaping the way we navigate leadership in chaotic times. If you're tired of the black and white thinking on socials, this is where we get to honestly explore the light and shade of what ethical business ownership looks like to us individually and form perspectives we can confidently stand behind.
Visibility Mapping (45 mins) — we need you visible in spaces where you interrupt patterns and create resonance that fundamentally changes behaviour. In this part, we'll discuss the importance of strategic pitching, mine several angles that showcase your POV, and develop a Visibility Map to outline where to direct your energy. This is where you learn to zig when others zag.
In order to rewrite outdated scripts and build new worlds, we need diverse leaders who can develop emotional intelligence, communication and critical thinking skills. We need change-makers visible: your work is too important to stay hidden in your Notes app.
This is what turns you into the podcast guest listeners run to follow, the speaker that gets rebooked immediately, and the leader who has journalists and brands blowing up their DMs.
Welcome to The Visibility Salon, a gathering of change-makers ready to sharpen their thinking and share their POV in the spaces that need to hear it most.
