Ecca in Utrecht

​On May 10th, Ecca will return to Utrecht to bring an exciting performance full of vocal music that will be completely improvised on the spot. 

​Ecca is an international vocal improvisation trio featuring Matt Goldstein, Jeffrey Noordijk, and Soraya Perry. Together, they explore daring musical improvisations—layering textures, rhythms, stories, and melodies that transform the voice into an instrument of endless possibility. Each performance unfolds as a fresh conversation: spontaneous, intimate, and never to be repeated.  After having a wonderful European tour in 2025, they’re now looking ahead to 2026 in which they will encounter lots of new vocal adventures, with a performance at the Aarhus Vocal Festival as one of the highlights.
