We'll transform big dreams into actionable plans for your career and entrepreneurial journey. This will be about creating a roadmap that honors your vision while giving you practical steps to move forward.

In this interactive 90 minute session, you'll learn how to break down your career or business aspirations into manageable actions, identify what you need to succeed, and build sustainable practices that keep you moving toward your goals.

What You'll Learn:

  • How to translate career and entrepreneurial vision into concrete, achievable steps

  • Practical planning frameworks that work with your life, not against it

  • Strategies for identifying resources and support you need

  • Techniques for maintaining momentum without burnout

About the REAL Knowledge Series:

The REAL Knowledge Series (Restorative Education and Awareness Learning) is a national education and awareness certificate program grounded in intersectionality and delivered through a community-based approach. The series challenges anti-Black racism, ableism, social exclusion, gender-based violence, and other intersecting systems of oppression shaping the lived experiences of Black disabled people.

Delivered through the REAL Knowledge Project, the series equips participants with critical knowledge, frameworks, and tools to understand and challenge systemic inequities, while fostering collective growth, leadership, and meaningful community engagement.

The Skills for Growth Series, a core sub-series of the REAL Knowledge Series, is a six-workshop learning journey designed to build practical, real-world skills. Centered on professional growth, leadership development, advocacy, and self-empowerment, each session focuses on actionable strategies participants can immediately apply to advance their personal, and professional goals.
