​Michael Valverde is a former Associate Director of Field Operations at USCIS, where he led 7,500 federal employees and 1,500 contract employees across 89 USCIS field offices in the United States. He now owns and operates an immigration consulting company, True North Pathways, where he uses his nearly three decades of experience and expertise to advise organizations about getting stuck cases unstuck and how to navigate the many policy and vetting policy changes now happening.
