Whether you are a UCD alumnus eager to share your Dublin insights or an incoming international student ready to settle into campus life, this evening is designed to help you build connections, break the ice, and kickstart your buddy journey.
The UCD Alumni Buddy Programme connects incoming international students directly with UCD alumni for personalized 1-1 Buddy Matching, offering mentorship and community as you navigate life in Dublin.
What to Expect at the Launch:
Casual Networking: Meet fellow alumni and international students in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Early Connections: Chat with participants and perhaps even find who you’d like to request as your buddy match!
Programme Overview: Learn what to expect during the year ahead, including an exciting lineup of upcoming cultural and social events led by alumni and our team.
Dublin City Council Culture Company: Discover amazing, FREE cultural activities and initiatives to explore around Dublin with your buddy and friends.
Refreshments: Enjoy light bites and drinks while you mingle.

Cultural Trip: A special cultural trip coming up in March!
Health & Wellness: Pilates classes with Deirdre and Weekend walks with Breda.
