✨ Meet our DEI specialists✨
Jimena Andino Dorato is a PCC ICF-certified coach, facilitator, and partner at Impact Crescendo. Passionate about justice and inclusion, her journey has taken her from law in Argentina to intercultural research in Canada and coaching in Brazil and France, supporting migrants, international teams and students. After supporting leaders as part of Sobeys' DEI team in Canada, she recently relocated to Barcelona, where she continues to help leaders broaden perspectives and drive meaningful, inclusive change.
Simone Vargas, an HR professional and DEI advocate, is passionate about human behavior, social impact, and workplace equity. At Shiftbalance, she focuses on understanding systemic structures and develops inclusive, intersectional strategies to integrate DEI into organizational practices.
