Join us for Sound & Soul Sundays

Sound & Soul Sundays is a monthly gathering focusing on community connection, intentional movement, mindfulness, and music.

Enjoy a free community picnic and games from 12:30-2:30 followed by light movement class and an immersive Live Piano Soundscape + Guided Meditation from Sound & Soul, then close the evening with sunset tunes and social hour.

Silent Disco headphones provided for an intimate sound experience.

SCHEDULE:

12:30-2:30 - Picnic in the Park
2:30-3:00 - Deep Stretch
3:00-4:00 - Live Piano Soundscape + Guided Meditation (silent disco style)
4:00-5:00 - Music & Connection
