Violet Flame: What You Let Go
After three circles, this one's different.
The first three were for men. This time we open the room, 6 men + 6 women, in the same circle, for the first time 💫
The idea of a "violet flame" goes back centuries in spiritual traditions. It's fire that doesn't destroy what you release, it transmutes it. That's the energy we're borrowing for this ritual.
This circle is about letting go of what you're still carrying from a parent, an ex, or someone that hurt you, that is holding you back. The pattern that shows up with every partner. It's a script you've been running since the beginning and now you're ready to evolve past it.
We're going to name it, write it, then burn it.
What to expect
A facilitated 3-hour experience — movement, reflection, open sharing, and a release ritual 🔥
A mixed circle of 12 — 6 men, 6 women — doing the same work, at the same time, in the same room
A safe, confidential space to speak the truth
Snacks and time to hang out after we close
This isn't a workshop on the opposite sex. It's a safe space to get real and transform together.
Together, we will release the crap you've been dragging into every relationship since the beginning.
Who this is for
Men and women in their late 20s to 40s, living or working in Berlin, ready to look at the pattern instead of pointing the finger at someone else.
You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up willing to be honest and open to the process.
Why mixed
You can talk about the pattern with your friends for years without anything changing. In this room it will be different because the person who represents what you're releasing is in the room. Not your ex. Not your mother, or your father. Not the story you built about him, or her. An actual woman, three feet away, hearing you name it. An actual man, doing the same for her.
That's the difference between talking about the pattern and finally letting it go.
Facilitated by Mike Carr and Sophie Vo.
Mike left New York for a life with more edge to it. No fixed address, then Berlin — six months that turned into three years of figuring out who he actually is, not who he'd been performing. Now he creates spaces for men and women: deep dating nights, men's circles, Stammtisch dinners that don't stay dinners. Some nights are for laughing. Some are for the stuff we don't usually say out loud. Most are both.
Sophie is a spirituality and inner work facilitator working with hypnosis and plant medicine, guiding the kind of release that doesn't happen through talking alone.
