Join us for the official kickoff of Property Acquisition Lab – Southside Chicago, an initiative designed to help small business owners transition from leasing commercial space to owning it.
This evening brings together the region’s commercial real estate brokers, lenders, SBA professionals, investors, developers, attorneys, entrepreneurial support organizations, and business owners to build relationships, share opportunities, and strengthen the ownership ecosystem on Chicago’s South Side.
Guests will learn how the 10-week Property Acquisition Lab equips entrepreneurs with the knowledge, technical assistance, financing strategies, and professional network needed to successfully acquire owner-occupied commercial real estate. Participants who complete the program will also be eligible to receive a $5,000 incentive to support their ownership journey, supported by Partners in Equity.
