​Freddie McKenzie started out as a freelance videographer trying to work out how to make money from his craft. He went on to build a creative production agency, sold it at 25, and now runs an AI startup that has raised over $2M in venture capital. The thread running through all three is the same: good systems, clear processes and a single source of truth.
