7:00 pm - 9:00 pm —Three-Course Dinner
Enjoy a seated three-course dinner with a wine pairing curated by BT The Chef.
Featuring DJ Chorizo.bb spinning vinyl throughout dinner service.
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm — Nightcap
Closeout the night on the dance floor with DJ WVNG.
Dress code: Dress to impress — no need for black tie, just come looking and feeling good. The color palette for this evening is olive green, burgandy, deep orange.

Yuzu-infused gluten-free couscous tossed with cucumber, red cabbage, and scallions. Finished with fresh arugula, pickled red onion, black and white sesame seeds, and chive oil.Vegan · Gluten-free
Skewered in the East
Your choice of sweet teriyaki-ginger marinated skirt steak, chicken, shrimp, or oyster mushroom skewers. Served with purple cabbage sticky rice, charred bok choy, shaved Thai bird’s-eye chili, and a spicy gochujang-teriyaki sauce on the side.The oyster mushroom option can be made vegan. A no-rice option is available.
Matcha in Paradise
Sake-poached Asian pear paired with passion fruit sorbet over sweet crème fraîche. Finished with a delicate matcha crumble and a crisp fried basil leaf.Gluten-free; vegan when prepared with plant-based crème fraîche.

Will I be able to get a purchase a ticket at the door?
This event has a limited capacity and tickets cannot be purchased at the door.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies
Yes. We will send an email after you RSVP'd with a form to fill out for all dietary restrictions.
What does my ticket include?
Welcome glass of champagne and social hour with an introductory ice breaker. A three-course dinner with a wine pairing featuring a vinyl DJ during dinner service, and a closing DJ set for a nightcap.
What if I don't drink alcohol — are there non-alcoholic options?
Yes, we will have non-alcoholic wine available.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 6:45 pm. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. Early arrival is advised.
The RSVP deadline is Saturday, November 14th. Tickets can be refunded no later than Nov 7th.
