She works with women who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside but are quietly dealing with bloating, unpredictable digestion, low energy, PMS, skin flare-ups, food confusion, and burnout. Many of the women she supports have already tried eliminating foods, taking probiotics, and following all the gut rules, yet still feel stuck and frustrated.

Her approach is holistic, science-backed, and realistic. Sonia uses specialized functional lab testing and in-depth data to understand what’s actually driving symptoms, then builds fully customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plans tailored to each client’s body. No extreme or restrictive diets. No guessing. No band-aid solutions. Everything is designed to fit real life, demanding careers, and full schedules.
