​experience a journey of sound intentionally produced by tara rook (just milk) to support and deepen your breath work practice. beginning with organic textures and beats to mirror the natural pulse of the heart, the music builds into driving, hypnotic rhythms that flow between minimal house and high tempo club, creating space to release and letting go with ease and support. as the journey unfolds, you’ll be guided down into an integration period of ambient sounds in frequencies to expand the heart and deeply connect to yourself.

​guiding the breathwork journey is mina bahadori (she/her), an Iranian-American breath and energy guide based in Brooklyn. with a decade of experience, mina crafts somatic, music-forward journeys rooted in intuition, safety, and collective presence. her work lives at the intersection of breath, sound, and shared experience, offering depth without heaviness and spirituality without rigidity. her approach is inclusive, gentle, and playful, holding space for transformation that feels natural rather than forced.

​tara rook (just milk) music work blends glowing synth pop, dark disco, and dreamy trip-hop into emotionally resonant soundscapes. rooted in themes of heartache and healing, tara’s practice spans ambient albums, beat-driven releases, house EPs, and DJ mixes, performed live via SP404-SX or through carefully curated DJ sets. as a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary artist, she is deeply committed to collaboration and gender equity within electronic music, creating spaces that feel both expansive and accessible. with a background in wellness herself (meditation and yoga teacher, energy worker, somatic practitioner), tara's work in the arts naturally elevates breathwork and other modalities.
