​FEW (Forum to Elevate Women) is one of Athena’s hallmark member benefit programs, designed to accelerate leadership growth through trusted peer networks. In your customized cohort, you convene monthly with 6-10 of your peers to access strategic insights, enjoy candid feedback, and grow from a powerful support system that serves as your personal board of directors.
