​The Play Principle is an experiential research seminar on play, spirituality, and attention. We'll do some weird and whimsical stuff together and reflect on how it affects our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world.

​About your facilitator:
Ben Freeman/b.free (he/him) is an interactive artist and experience designer, and the founder of That's Interesting!: A Studio for the Playful Practice of Attention. He combines his work as a theatre artist and musician, K-12 and adult educator, and his work on play as a spiritual practice at Harvard Divinity School to create multidisciplinary events that are interactive, intellectually adventurous, and designed to help you walk away reclaiming more of your attention as a personal and common good.
