​Steven Monacelli is an investigative journalist in Dallas who covers extremism and disinformation. He serves as Special Investigative Correspondent for the Texas Observer and won the 2025 Al Neuharth Innovation in Investigative Journalism Award for revealing the identities of far-right extremists.
