no condolences allowed
(this event is 18+)
Do you want to go for an insanely long walk? Have you lost a loved one? If so boy howdy is this event for you. Join me for an insanely long walk down the historic portion of yonge street (~50 km) and use it as an intentional moment of reflection and remembrance of whoever you've lost that's on your mind (also use it as a time to connect with others and get to know new people too! If you want). Personally I hate condolences, so none of that allowed!
if you haven't lost someone, but you want to come in solidarity or support, that's cool too.
There will be go station and ttc transit points along route for early bail outs and we will be making periodic stops to use the facilities/eat/rest up a bit.
We will be meeting at Union Station at 630 am and traveling together to the Newmarket GO where we will begin our walk at 9 am.
If you want to meet us at Newmarket GO, we will be departing at 9 am sharp.
Since this is a looooong ass walk we will be keeping to a tight schedule re: stops.
