A four-hour forum on the IBW main stage, hosted by Hashed Emergent, built around one question: what becomes valuable when intelligence becomes abundant?

AI is making utility cheap. As it does, human time and money move to what it can’t replicate: culture, sports, live experiences, identity. And a new ownership layer is making those things investable for the first time.

Six sessions, built as one argument.

The thesis

AI makes utility abundant. Human desire makes culture scarce. New ownership rails make scarcity ownable.

Most Web3 events start with the technology and look for a use. This one runs the other way: human desire, then scarcity, then the asset, then ownership. Technology comes last.

Four kinds of Future Asset

• Productive assets produce. Compute, energy, credit, agents.

• Intellectual assets scale. Film and game IP, music catalogues, datasets.

• Cultural assets matter. Franchises, festivals, the things people build identity around.

• Experiential assets can’t be replicated. Heritage properties, live events, Centre Court.

Tokenisation isn’t a fifth category. It’s the ownership layer across all four.
