At 12:00 PM, you’re invited to attend the GKF Ceremony, honoring transplant recipients and celebrating the strength of this community. Following the ceremony, we’ll host a special TLC meetup—a dedicated time to gather, share stories, and deepen connections with others who understand the journey.
This is a great opportunity to invite friends, family, or anyone in the transplant community to experience this once-a-year event together.
