This all-female crew meets at Epione for a warm welcome, a warmup, and bag drop, then hits the pavement for a 5K out toward the West Side Highway and back.
Post-run, the fun continues at Epione. Meet the wellness team, learn about recovery offerings like acupuncture, lymphatic massage, ultrasound therapy, and kinesiology taping, then sink into the massage chair or sign up for an ear seeding session. Snacks and sips will be on hand!
