Powerful Decision Making
You’ve got an important decision to make.
You want to move forward with clarity and confidence, but instead you’re stuck in analysis paralysis. Your pro and con lists are longer than DMV wait times. You’re exhausted from running circles around the same points.
This workshop is designed for leaders and creators who are regularly making complex decisions and want to feel grounded, confident, and calm while doing so.
Facilitated by leadership coaches David Spinks and Astrid Schanz-Garbassi, Powerful Decision Making will help you slow down your inner process, sort through the noise, and access the deeper wisdom beneath the swirl.
Think of it like watching a game tape of your own decision-making process in slow motion.
You’ll bring a real decision, challenge, or place where you feel stuck — and use the dojo of this gathering to study it from new angles, understand the inner dynamics at play, and create movement where things have felt stalled.
Using deep but simple inner work practices, you’ll learn how to recognize the different “parts” of you that show up around a decision: the part that wants to move fast, the part that wants to be safe, the part that wants to please others, the part that wants to be impressive, the part that already knows.
Rather than overriding these voices or staying tangled in them, you’ll learn how to listen more skillfully, shift perspective, and make choices from a more centered place.
In doing so, you’ll experience a more powerful version of yourself: the leader who can meet complexity with steadiness, discernment, and trust.
You’ll also get to practice in community, alongside other big-hearted, ambitious people making their way through the world.
What you’ll experience
A decision-making dojo where you can bring a real challenge, decision, or stuck place and work with it directly.
Practical frameworks that reveal how the inner dialogue of your “parts” shapes your choices, rooted in IFS. We’ll explain everything you need to know in the workshop.
Guided exercises to help you slow the process down, get out of your head, shift perspective, and access new options.
Small group exploration where you’ll study your real situation with the supportive presence and reflection of others.
Live coaching + Q&A to see this work in action and deepen your understanding.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with:
More clarity and movement on the real decision, challenge, or transition you bring to the workshop.
Tools you can use anytime you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in rumination.
A repeatable process for listening inwardly, relieving pressure, and making decisions with more confidence and ease.
