Latitude & Longitude: The Math & the Stars
Remember the last time you knew something before you could explain it? Or picked up your phone to text someone and a message from them was there waiting? Or you felt a room shift the moment you walked in.
Some call that intuition. Some call it magic. Science has a few things to say about it too.
For centuries, sailors trusted both the math and the stars. This November, we’re doing the same: holding the science and the mystery side by side. Both are welcome.
Latitude & Longitude: The Math & the Stars is a three-hour afternoon workshop grounded in real research with a touch of witchery. We’ll explore coherence, a measurable state where your breath, heart and nervous system fall into rhythm together, and why some believe it opens a passage to intuition. We’ll practice tuning in to what your body already knows. And you’ll leave with a way to keep noticing long after the afternoon ends.
Mystery, magic and manifestation, with plenty of room for the facts too. You get to decide what you believe.
What to Expect
A slow, unhurried afternoon of breath, body and a bit of science, with tea, snacks and good conversation along the way. You’ll learn what coherence is, try it for yourself, and leave with something to keep adding to long after November.
Hosted by Jennifer Dreiling, ICF-certified coach and founder of the Latitude & Longitude workshop series. This is the fourth and final gathering of 2026, following Navigate Home to Yourself (values), Emerging (inner critic and designing a leap) and Time, Drift & Possibility (daydreaming). No previous workshops required. This one stands beautifully on its own.
