Join RW Institute for a conversation with employers considering an Empathy Project cohort about employee time, support, and practical participation arrangements.

The six-week program design includes a one-hour Brief, four one-hour intercultural conversations, one hour of guided reflection supported by Inqli, and a one-hour Debrief. RW Institute works with Acquaint and Inqli on the project.

Corporate cohort participation is $35 per employee seat. Each company agrees its cohort schedule and support before participation begins.

Early pilot observations describe participation and experiences; they do not establish lasting empathy or prosocial identity change. Research, reporting, and any formal partnership arrangements would need to be agreed separately.

Bring questions about who might take part, how their time would be supported, and what you would need to decide. No commitment is required to attend.
