Indo-Caribbean Arts and Literary Festival 2025
Join Coolitude Arts Collective and Brown & Brazen Bookclub on Saturday, September 6th from 12 - 5pm for our first annual Indo-Caribbean Arts & Literary Festival in Little Guyana, Queens. There’s a distinct multisensory experience that Sunday Mornings in Richmond Hill evokes from the fragrant scents of spices to the vibrating sounds of Chutney and remixed Bollywood classics. So, for this year’s inaugural festival, we’re uplifting the ways in which our community and neighborhood represent different parts of our home.
This interactive festival will feature collaborative arts-centered workshops focused on art and literature as a vessel to connect to community, heritage and identity, followed by an Art Market Fete with a live DJ! You'll also connect with many community-based organizations and resources.
This multi-generational arts festival is free and open to participants of all ages! Food & Refreshments will be provided!
