7 at 7 - PGC London Morning Run

​7 at 7 is back in business for PGC London 2026! 🌞

​​Join Metaplay, Kohort, Supercell Investments, and Reaktor for a 7K scenic morning run along the River Thames at 7AM.

​We meet at St. Paul's Cathedral by the big stairs of the south transept. After a quick warm-up, we’ll head out along this route at a ~6 min/km conversational pace, perfect for both beginners and seasoned runners.

January mornings in London can be cold, so we recommend dressing warm for the run. Think layers, gloves and a hat if needed.
