November is National Adoption Awareness Month, so we're sitting down with Becky Fawcett, founder of Helpusadopt.org. Nineteen years ago she started it with $20,000. Today, Helpusadopt.org is a thriving non profit and a leader in the world of adoption and child welfare. She's honest, a little blunt, and she doesn't do small talk. Nothing is off limits.

THE CONVERSATION At 6:30, Brooke and Sola sit down with Becky to get into the hard stuff: building a nonprofit from scratch (yes, it's a business, and she'll tell you why), her own journey with infertility, miscarriage, adoption, the stigma nobody talks about, and the questions people only ever whisper such as "what happens when IVF doesn't work?" She's honest, wildly inspiring, and has one of the most personal and mission-driven founder stories we have ever heard.
