​Hemingway Reset Sydney: A Waking Up Gathering ☀️

​For our next Sydney Reset, we're joining a Waking Up Gathering at the Royal Botanic Gardens followed by a coffee together nearby.

​Waking Up Gatherings are open community meet-ups for people interested in Sam Harris's work on meditation, consciousness and the examined life. They're a chance to explore these ideas alongside others who are genuinely curious — through conversation, some sitting practice, and the kind of unhurried Sunday afternoon that's hard to come by.

​Community member Nikki Huang has been attending these Gatherings for years, and will be there too. Whether you're deep into meditation practice or just curious about what all the Waking Up chat is about, you're very welcome.
