About Event
We have partnered with The Ice House, where they combine world-class cold plunge and infrared sauna technology with a premium vibe that makes recovery the best part of your day. They have three rooms, catering to different experience levels of customers, with water temperatures ranging from 1° to 13°C.
We will start the day with a coffee and intro guide on how best to ice bath and sauna to help keep those anxieties at bay. Then we shall be taking over the whole venue to dip between hot & cold - you will come out feeling better than you came in that much I can guarantee!
