Becoming an AI-first company: from product to operations

When it comes to AI, most SaaS companies are somewhere in the middle right now. AI is being used, but not systematically. Some teams have adopted it, others haven't. A few things work, a lot is still experimental.

The question is no longer whether to go AI-first. It's how to actually get there, across your product, your engineering team and your operations.

This evening brings together SaaS founders and leaders for a keynote and three hands-on roundtable sessions. You pick the topics that matter most to your company right now, and spend 25 minutes per session in a small group with peers who are figuring out the same things.

Five topics on the table: building an AI-first engineering culture, keeping AI-generated code production-ready, setting up an AI agent layer for operations, managing the human side of the transition, and redesigning your customer-facing teams.

Come with your real questions and lessons learned. Leave with perspectives you can actually use the next day.

Roundtables:

  1. Building an AI-first engineering culture
Adopting AI isn't about tools, it's about how your team works, thinks and makes decisions. How do you make the transition systematic without losing your best people? Discussion on shifting roles, floor-level resistance, what training actually delivers (and what doesn't), and how to build AI habits that stick even without a top-down mandate.

  2. Responsible speed: keeping AI-generated code production-ready
AI generates code faster than you can review it and that's exactly the problem. How do you maintain quality, security and long-term maintainability without sacrificing development velocity? Discussion of where to draw the trust line with code agents, what automated scans do and don't catch, how IP and license risks play out in practice, and which human gates actually make a difference between scaling safely and accumulating technical debt.

  3. Building your AI agent layer
How do you set up a layered AI agent architecture that takes over real operational tasks, not as an experiment, but as a production system? Which processes are candidates for full automation, which need a human in the loop, and how do you draw that line? Practical discussion on orchestration tools, agent-to-agent communication, and how to build this without losing your team along the way.

  4. The human side of going AI-first
Light-touch change management doesn't exist. How do you handle resistance that isn't really about AI? It's about control, relevance and fear? What works better: top-down rollout or bottom-up experimentation? How do you prevent a split between early adopters and everyone else? A session for founders and operations leads who want an honest conversation about what transformation actually costs.

  5. AI-driven customer operations
Support, success and onboarding are candidates for a complete redesign. How do you build an AI-first customer layer that scales without feeling cold? Discussion of copilot models for support agents, automated escalation logic, and how to measure customer satisfaction when AI handles most of the interactions.

This event is exclusively for founders, leaders, and operators at SaaS and AI companies. Once you've submitted your registration, we'll review it carefully. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we've been able to confirm your spot.

Looking forward to see you!
