Before the bar associations, auto clubs and title companies sold legal services and nobody thought twice. Then Rule 5.4 arrived and lawyers had the market to themselves for a century. This session traces how the monopoly was built, what pushed Arizona to dismantle it, and how the ABS model actually works on the ground — including the parts that work, the parts that dont, and where this is heading.
