​ Every Tuesday and Friday morning at Frontier Tower, we gather for a unique practice that blends quantum meditation with Scrum-inspired intention sharing.

​This isn't your typical meditation session—it's a powerful fusion of inner alignment and collective support.

​How It Works Part 1: Quantum Meditation (15-20 min)We begin by dropping into a guided quantum meditation that reconnects you with your inner source of energy, love, and clarity. This practice helps you access your intuition, higher self, and natural flow state, bring back the power —the foundation for inspired action and effortless productivity.

​Part 2: Intention Circle (10-15 min)After meditation, we share in Scrum style:

• ​What do I want to FEEL today? (joy, confidence, peace, creativity...)

• ​What would I LOVE to achieve? (one meaningful intention or outcome)

• ​How can others SUPPORT me? (what help, connections, or accountability would serve you) This creates a web of mutual support and accountability, turning individual intentions into collective momentum.

​This event is hosted at the Frontier Tower:

​We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
