October is when the veil thins. Halloween, Día de los Muertos, Samhain, All Souls — this is the season we turn toward the ones who came before us and invite them a little closer than usual.
Whether we mean to or not, we inherit things from our families: ways of loving, ways of surviving, beliefs about money and belonging, old loyalties, unfinished stories — and sometimes strengths we don't fully recognize as our own.
Family Constellations is an embodied practice for looking at these patterns from a different angle. We make visible some of what has been operating beneath the surface — including the presence of those who've passed — so you can begin to see what belongs to you, what doesn't, and what you're ready to carry forward.This is for you if . . .

About Alissa Fleet
Alissa works with the underlying dynamics that influence relationship dynamics in families, businesses, and organizations.
She is trained in Family Systems Constellations and Business & Organizational Constellations, which focuses on the loyalties, roles, and unspoken rules that keep running, even after the original circumstances are over.
Before discovering systemic work, she spent 20 years in design and research, studying how people and systems behave in practice. The patterns she works with don't stop at the family. The same dynamics show up in teams, organizations, and communities. Seeing them clearly and in an embodied way can open up new possibilities for how we lead, organize, and create change.
