Most folks who are serious about Grenada have done the research. From the videos to the cost-of-living calculators, and even the Facebook groups where someone always says "just do it", you've probably seen it all.
And yet something is still missing.
For some of you, it's understanding how to design your move and stop circling. For others, you're already in Grenada but are still looking for the people who think the way you do, who are building with intention rather than just arriving with ambition.
Either way, what closes that gap is not more information. It's proximity to the right people, in the same room, having the conversation that actually matters.

Roy McEwen: CEO of Coherent Limited and a director at Spicemas Corporation. Roy also leads Grenada’s digital transformation agenda, an initiative that sits at the centre of where the island is heading.
Garfield de La Mothe: born in Grenada, Garfield is a former US Military Officer and the owner of Chateau de la Mothe. He returned to the Spice Isle and built something rooted, lasting and distinctly his own.

What happens in the room
We'll open with real accounts from people at different stages of the journey: what their first year actually looked like, what they underestimated, what they would tell themselves if they could go back. Not polished testimonials. The kind of thing people usually only say once the camera is off.
Then we move into breakout rooms by stage, so the conversation becomes specific to where you actually are, whether that is still weighing up the decision, actively planning, or already on the ground and trying to build roots.
The session closes with a broader conversation about what genuine collaboration between newcomers, returnees and people already in Grenada can look like and what it requires from everyone in the room.
