What is AuthX?
We work at multiple companies throughout our careers, but our approachability is often tied to our CV and the organization we currently represent. AuthX is an attempt to create a representation of you that moves with you, rather than one that changes with your employer. It’s about making your professional identity, credibility, and approachability belong to you, not the company you happen to work for.
Important Note
Before you head over, a few important things to keep in mind for parking and registration:
Guest Parking
• Please use the South Car Park, located off Alaskan Way W.
• Use the first entrance, marked P1, and take a parking ticket when entering.
• Parking is free for the event since it is taking place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST.
• Please keep your parking ticket as you’ll need it when exiting the parking lot.
• Once parked, please walk to the Main Entrance for event check-in.
• Please have a government-issued photo ID with you.
• All guests must be registered in advance and will need to be escorted by an Expedia Group employee while on campus.

When registering, please enter your full name, email address, phone number, and the requested event details.
Once registered:
• You’ll receive an email with your check-in information.
• You may also receive a follow-up email with parking details and a campus map.
• Please have the QR code from your invitation ready when you arrive.
• At the Main Entrance, please check in with your QR code and government-issued photo ID.
