​How Hiring Hackathon will work:

​Closer to the hackathon, a detailed description of each company, founder and desired skill sets will be laid out as a "Track." Teams of 2-5 can participate in 1-3 tracks. Each team member will be asked to fill a Career Capital survey to gage an initial skill-set. From there the weekend is reserved to build out a project with a final demo: a full implementation of the track at different difficulties. Top 3 teams will be selected per track and based on Career Capital survey, past projects and hackathon submission, 3-5 engineers will be sent to the hiring manager.
