

Longevity Hike & Matcha: Mt. Davidson Summit!
Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection. We are bringing together two communities (Longevity SF and Asian Fitness Foodies) for an easy hike to the highest natural point in San Francisco.
📍The Plan
Meet & fuel: We’ll meet at Peet's Coffee (West Portal) at 10:30 am to grab a matcha (or your beverage of choice) to go.
Hike: We will take a relaxing 2-3 mile loop through the eucalyptus forests of Mount Davidson Park. See route here: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/mount-davidson.
Hang-out: At the top, we’ll take in the city views and relax for a bit before heading back down.

Laura: Founder of Longevity Germany and the new Longevity SF chapter. Laura is an expert in community building within the European longevity space and is excited to bring that energy to the Bay Area!
