An open online circle for men to experience A Man’s Practice - a space to slow down, speak honestly, listen deeply and explore what becomes possible when men meet without needing to perform, compete or have the answers.

What happens when men have a place where they don’t have to perform, compete, explain everything or have the answer?
A place to speak honestly. To listen without immediately trying to fix. To notice what happens beneath our reactions. To explore what we value, what we fear, what we hide, how we relate — and how we choose to live.
On Thursday 29 October, we invite you to join us for a free online introductory circle to A Man’s Practice, our new 10-week relational journey for men.
This won’t simply be a presentation about the programme. We want to give you a taste of the practice itself.
We’ll slow down together, meet some of the other men in the room, introduce the intention behind the journey, and experience some of the ways we’ll work together — through presence, honest conversation, listening, reflection and relational inquiry.
At the heart of A Man’s Practice is a simple premise:
There is no single way to be a man.
We’re not here to offer another ideal of masculinity to live up to, or to suggest that we need to become someone else in order to be worthy.
And yet all of us are shaped by family, culture, expectations, experience, wounds, relationships and inherited ideas about what it means to be a man.
Some of these patterns serve us. Others can limit our capacity to feel, connect, love, take responsibility, exercise power wisely or live what genuinely matters to us.
The practice is learning to see the difference.
During the circle, we’ll also share more about the full 10-week journey, answer questions, and leave space for you to sense whether this is something you want to step into.
You don’t need previous experience with men’s work, coaching, therapy or contemplative practice. And you don’t need to subscribe to any particular philosophy of masculinity. What matters is curiosity, willingness to participate honestly and respect for the other men in the space.

We bring different experiences of men’s work, facilitation, relational practice, leadership, nature and personal inquiry.
We don’t come together around one prescribed methodology or definition of masculinity. Our role is not to tell men who they should become, but to create conditions in which we can see ourselves more clearly, encounter one another more honestly, and explore how what we discover might change the way we live.
About the full journey
A Man’s Practice is a 10-week live online journey beginning 19 November 2026 and continuing until 11 February 2027, with a Thanksgiving break and an integration period over Christmas and New Year.
Across the journey we explore values and identity; emotions, triggers and patterns; shadow; acceptance and self-care; friendship and brotherhood; intimacy and sexuality; power, responsibility and agency; and our relationship with the wider world.
But you don’t need to decide anything before joining this circle.
Come as you are.
Bring your questions, contradictions, strengths, uncertainties and experience.
Be willing to listen. Be willing to speak from your own experience.
And be curious about what becomes possible when men meet one another with attention, honesty and care.
There is no perfect man. There is the ongoing practice of meeting ourselves, each other and life more fully.
