Vandit Shah is a Partner at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and is a part of the tax and regulatory practice with a select focus on GIFT IFSC.
Vandit has 12+ years of post-qualification experience advising clients such as Foreign Portfolio Investors, Alternative Investment Funds, Banks, broker-dealers, Fintechs, and other financial sector players on tax and regulatory matters, including exchange control regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate law.
Vandit has assisted several clients in setting up broker-dealer businesses in IFSC, various foreign banks in setting up bank branches in IFSC, and various MNCs in setting up their tech-fin or treasury centres in IFSC.
Vandit has extensive consulting experience in income tax and Indian regulatory issues for Indian and foreign clients, including Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and foreign companies, and in India tax and regulatory implications.
Over the last 6 years, he has been involved in various advocacy efforts with the GIFT City and IFSCA authorities on tax and regulatory matters.

Nivitha Navaneethakrishnan is a Director at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and is a part of the tax and regulatory practice with a select focus on GIFT IFSC.
Nivitha has 9+ years of post-qualification experience advising clients such as Foreign Portfolio Investors, Alternative Investment Funds, Broker-dealers, Banks, Fintechs, and other financial sector players on tax and regulatory matters, including exchange control regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate law.
Nivitha has assisted several clients in setting up Funds in IFSCs, both inbound and outbound, as well as domestic funds in India. Nivitha has also assisted various MNCs in setting up their Tech Fin or treasury centres in IFSCs.
Nivitha has assisted various Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) with India tax and regulatory aspects.
Over the last 4 years, she has been involved in various advocacy efforts with the GIFT City and IFSCA authorities on tax and regulatory matters.
