​What happens when we stop talking about ideas and start building them?

​In this hands-on session, Paula will guide us in exploring the Lego Serious Play methodology and experiencing some of its core principles: thinking with our hands, giving everyone a voice, and using 3D models to explore ideas, perspectives and possibilities.

​We’ll explore how neuroscience says that playing is the most effective method of learning, therefore Lego Serious Play can help us make ideas visible, create shared understanding and unlock conversations that might otherwise be difficult to have.

Come ready to play, build and discover what your hands might have to say.

​No LEGO experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to build, share and listen!

About Paula Neves:

​Paula has been working in Learning & Development for 20+ years and is passionate about experiential learning that creates real impact and transformation. She’s also a long-time LEGO fan and a certified LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ facilitator — so this workshop brings together two things she loves: learning and building! She’s looking forward to exploring the method with the L&D Shakers community.
