Do Not Disturb: A Phone-Free Yoga Experience
Join us for a phone-free yoga and social experience at a beautiful yoga studio in the heart of the Flatiron District.
Designed to create space for both connection and intentional movement, this experience offers a chance to notice how technology shapes your attention and habits, be more present in your body, and invest that attention back into real relationships.
What to Expect
A thoughtfully paced, phone-free afternoon that combines social connection with a guided Yoga Sangraha practice.
Led by Instructor Bianca Maiocchi, movements simultaneously strengthen and build flexibility without taxing the body, while focusing deeply on your breath.
Before and after class, enjoy undistracted quality time with others while grazing on curated snacks and drinks from Juni, GoodOnYa, Gruns, VIO2 Mouth Tape, and more.
All levels are welcome. Options are offered throughout, and no prior yoga experience is required.
Upon Arrival
You will check your phone with us for safekeeping. From there, your only job is to be present. Come as you are, settle in, and take your time.
Who’s Invited
Anyone interested in slowing down, moving their body, and meeting thoughtful people in a relaxed, grounded setting. Come solo or with friends. Many people attend on their own.
