Quick fun intro: everyone says their name + a word that makes them laugh (e.g., “Cheeseburger!”).
2️⃣ Warm-up & Laughter Yoga
Guided breathing + stretches.
“Silent Giggle Warm-up”: start with fake laughs → let them turn real.
Facilitator encourages over-the-top, dramatic laughter.
3️⃣ Laughter Games
Mirror Laugh: Partner mirrors each other’s laugh until everyone joins.
Network Joke Battle: Participants share 15-sec funny network/meme-style jokes.
Forest City Fun Fact Challenge: Silly trivia; wrong answers must laugh loudly.
4️⃣ Mega Laugh Circle
Everyone forms a circle. Facilitator starts contagious laugh → “pass it around.”
5️⃣ Reflection & Networking
