Come join us for an open and honest conversation about living with and recovering from mood disorders. This session brings together diverse voices for some #realtalk on experiences, insights, and support. Open to anyone interested in learning more, participants can expect a safe space for questions, shared perspectives, and practical takeaways.
We have invited speakers ranging from individuals with lived experience to healthcare professionals to share on this topic. Our community partners, Mindfull Community and Singapore Anglican Community Services, will also be setting up outreach booths, where you can learn more about their work and services.

While it costs about $50 per person to run this event, we are charging $2.10 (inclusive of platform fees) to help defray expenses and encourage committed attendance.
