​Deposits will be returned upon check-in at conference. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure accurate headcount for conference functions (i.e. lunch, space setup, etc) and to respect our health professional speakers' time. If the deposit is a financial burden for you, please email [email protected] for accommodations. No-show refunds will only be provided in the case of extreme unforeseen hardship with appropriate documentation.
