With the leadership of a licensed therapist, you’ll be able to:

  • Ask questions as you learn simple, low-pressure techniques you can use in everyday life.

  • Hear real examples of the science behind mindfulness, and what it means for your mental health.

  • Discover new practices that work for others to calm anxious thoughts, reactive emotions, and racing brains.

About Your Therapist Facilitator, Nicholas

Nicholas Hebert is a social worker and therapist with over 10 years in practice. Nicholas has training in mindfulness education and facilitation through The Center for Mindful Schools, and is passionate about making mindfulness approachable for others.

Nicholas deeply believes that the right way is what will work for you, and is invested in helping folks explore that through his workshops and clinical practice.
