​Join us for our 6th guided Breathwork Session, a moment to slow down, release, and reconnect with yourself.
This CRY SESSION is about letting go of what’s heavy, and finding stillness in the breath.

​What to expect:
– A guided Breathwork journey led by Sascha
– Deep Meditation, conscious breathing to calm the mind and open the body
– Sharing Circle with reflection cards
– Time to reset, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
– A safe, quiet space, no pressure

​No experience needed.
Just bring comfortable clothes, curiosity, and your breath.
